Order Cancellation Policy

As Nutricity.tr, we aim to process your orders as quickly as possible and dispatch them. Therefore, our policy regarding cancellation requests is outlined below:

Cancellation Period

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after they are placed.
  • To request a cancellation, you must contact our customer service within this period.
  • If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours and before the order is shipped, your payment will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

Cancellation After 24 Hours

  • Orders are usually prepared or shipped within 24 hours.
  • Therefore, it may not be possible to cancel after this period.
  • In this case, you can refuse the package at the time of delivery.

When the rejected order reaches us in its original condition:

  • The product price will be refunded
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Important Notes

  • All refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the order.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders cancelled after 24 hours or rejected upon delivery.
  • If the product is not in its original condition, a restocking fee may apply.
