1. Return Conditions

Since we sell health and dietary supplements, product safety is our top priority.

We can only accept returns under certain conditions due to hygiene and quality control reasons.

Cases where returns are accepted:

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
If the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
If the return request is made within 30 days after the product has been received

Situations where returns are not accepted:

Opened or used supplement products
Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

2. Return Process

To create a return request:

Our team will review your request and will provide you with return instructions if approved.
Once the product reaches us and is inspected, the return or exchange process will be carried out.

Important notes:

The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility if the error is not caused by us.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the review is completed.
