Turn lid counterclockwise. Fill ice pack two-thirds full with cold tap water, ice water, crushed ice or ice cubes. Turn lid clockwise until secure. Turn ice pack upside down and press firmly on bottom to test for leaks.
Apply to desired area. During the use of refillable ice cubes, in a hot environment, there will be condensation on the outside of the ice pack. It is a normal physical phenomenon. Wrap the ice pack with a soft towel to protect the skin and avoid condensation accumulation.
