Directions
To apply the Ice It! ColdCOMFORT system, first freeze the cold pack. Once frozen, place it in the insulated cover. Position the system on the affected area, using the elastic strap to secure it in place. The system can be used for up to 15-20 minutes at a time, with a 15-minute break in between. Avoid applying the system directly to the skin and discontinue use if the skin becomes red, swollen, or blistered.
